    Solving Common Learner Issues Using Our Support Site

    Encountering problems with online training is frustrating. Learners want a seamless training experience so they can get back to the important work they do for your institution. While we do all we can to prevent issues from occurring, we know it’s challenging when technology doesn’t meet expectations. EduRisk’s Learning Portal Support site and help desk are available 24/7 to resolve any technical issues encountered by learners at your institution.

    Our support site offers several articles that provide simple resolutions to common problems, such as:

    If learners can’t find the answer they need through the articles on the site, they can live chat with a support specialist or call our help desk at (844) 348-3650 for additional assistance. 


    Coming Soon… New Courses!

    UE will release three new courses during the fall of 2017/winter of 2018. These courses will address data security (K-12, higher ed), the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA; higher ed), and preventing harassment and discrimination (K-12).
