Upcoming Webinar: Responding to Proposed Title IX Regulations

On Nov. 16, 2018, the U.S. Department of Education (ED) released proposed regulations related to Title IX that will govern how educational institutions conduct inquiries into allegations of sex discrimination, including sexual misconduct. What does that mean for your school?

Join United Educators (UE) on Feb. 28, 2019, at 1 p.m. ET to find out. Responding to Proposed Title IX Regulations will focus on the most significant ED proposals, including the live hearing requirement. During the program, UE’s senior vice president, Robb Jones, and Title IX expert Jody Shipper will offer insights on any necessary institutional policy revisions, as well as best practices for responding to allegations and conducting investigations. There will also be a question and answer session.
