    New Features on Making Training with EduRisk Easier

    As we evaluate the EduRisk training experience as a result of listening to feedback and observing user behavior, we continually seek opportunities to enhance system usability to produce a more positive experience for all end users.

    This month, we introduced several new features to the EduRisk Learning Portal that will improve the training experience for learners and make life easier for you—our valued training administrators.

    New Features for Training Administrators

    • The “Learner by Learning Path” report. This report provides a view of the all courses each learner has completed grouped by their learning path assignment.
    • The ability to create new learner accounts without sending a system-generated welcome email. This feature, which will be available next month, is designed for institutions that include preset passwords in their bulk upload and want to create new user accounts while maintaining the same learner instructions.

    New Features for Learners

    • The “Refresh Dashboard” link in the My Completions tab has been enlarged to get the attention of learners who are not seeing courses they’ve completed.

      Clicking this link will update records for recently completed courses and trigger the learner’s completion notification email.
    • Learners are no longer required to re-enter their temporary password when establishing a new, permanent password. This results in one less step for learners to complete when accessing their account for the first time or resetting their password.

    Training Administrator guides and documentation will be updated to reflect these new enhancements.
