Peer-to-peer sexual harassment and sexual violence have received national attention. Learn how independent schools can address and prevent the problem of student sexual harassment on their campuses.

Schools will learn to determine whether they are governed by the standards set forth in Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972. They will also learn steps to create an environment free of sexual harassment, including elements that should be contained in the school's anti-harassment policy. The publication will also address prevention and training efforts and how to select a qualified investigator if sexual harassment is reported.
